cuisine. The trip drivers were also on time and humble. The entire trip went through very smooth as per the itinerary. My personal thanks to Yugal from Trip Trial who assisted from the beginning of the trip. Throughout the trip he was in touch with us and ensured everything was well. There was no chance to complain at all.... in-fact this is my second trip through Travel Triangle and I would LOVE to use it in the future. Thank you so much team.

pdate about us that everything is going smooth or not, but one thing that exactly happened wrong was that when we were in the phu beach hotel they have provided us the dirty hand towel and we have not used that hand towel and while at the time of check out they said that we have done this and they have charged us the 100 baht for that hand towel without any reason. They had arguments for that with us but didn't try to understand the main thing. I don't think that this was the right thing we had faced there because we have lots of trip every year but never faced this kind of activity in any hotel at any place.

hey are not at fault. The attitude needs to change. The agents know best how the hotel is and can inform the guests. The travel, activities, cabs etc were on par. No complaints with that

f our trip, and we’re leaving with amazing memories and photos. However, our experience at Naina Spa and Resort was the complete opposite. The staff behavior was unprofessional and rude, and the service was overall pathetic. It was a major dampener on an otherwise perfect vacation. While Phuket is stunning, this resort made our stay quite miserable. I would recommend enjoying the sights of Phuket but staying elsewhere. We have some best memories from Phi Phi Island, Poda Island and Two Bay beach. I would like to visit Thailand beach and beauty again.
